At our clinic we offer a variety of workshops, classes and seminars, including: Hypnotherpay, aromatherapy, relaxation, weight loss/body image, smoking cessation, sleep improvement, Reiki levels I through Masters, couples massage classes and more.

Couples Massage 101
Learn to give the gift of Massage Therapy to
your significant other with this 3 hour workshop that will give you
all the basics to swedish massage so you can help each other be the best selves you can be. Wear a tank top and shorts under your clothing so changing will be easy and discreet.
Hypnotherapy 101
This workshop includes learning techniques of self-hypnosis that will in turn reinforce goals and healthy habits, including weight management, smoking cessation, stress reduction,
and pain management. It promotes the mindset to improve self-esteem and confidence. These tools will not only make you feel better, they will give you what you need to maintain congruency of mind, body and
spirit allowing your life a state independent of stress and the mobility to make choices freely. This workshop is for EVERYONE. It is the beginning phase to understanding hypnotherapy and an
affordable way to continue reinforcement for those who have experienced hypnotherapy.
Reiki Level I Training
Reiki is a popular style of energy bodywork that comes to us from Master Mikao Usui of Japan. Reiki is one of the greatest gifts you can share with others as it is all about
love, balance and empowerment. Reiki is defined as spiritually guided life force energy. In Reiki I we will learn the history of Reiki, the five principles of Reiki and hand positions for working on others and self. How to give a full session to a client is discussed, and students will exchange sessions on each other to practice what they have learned. Students receive the Reiki I initiation of energy transfer.
Reiki Level II Training
The course will start with time for students to ask questions on what they have encountered in
practicing Level I Reiki. Students will learn Reiki symbols or keys to enable them to focus Reiki energy more strongly. The symbols are used for distance or absentee healing, to work with past-life issues, mental and emotional healing. The Chakra system, related
colors, conditions and gemstones will be discussed. Students will exchange sessions on each other to practice using the Reiki symbols in a session. Students receive the Reiki Level Two initiation energy transfer and a certificate of completion
Reiki Master Training
Being attuned to the third or master level of Reiki is a very powerful experience. Level three enhances levels one and two and further accesses the spiritual body. There is an increase in spiritual awareness and communication with your higher
self. Additional symbols to enhance your work are learned, taking
your work with clients to a higher and new level. Students will
learn how to attune and teach others to work with Reiki energy. Teaching Reiki is not required, however many students find that along their own road of growth others may inquire as to how they may
learn Reiki. Students receive the Reiki Master/Teacher initiation energy transfer and a certificate of completion.
Renewed Thoughts
In this workshop clarity is given to thought. Our thoughts form our outlook, our future, our reality. Positive thoughts result in a positive outlook.
